Children Policy
Children are only welcome when receiving a service.-To ensure safety of your children and so stylists can provide the best possible service to clients in a relaxing environment, children are not allowed to accompany you to your appointment.
Extra Guest Policy
Service Refunds and Adjustments
Canvas Loft Services are non refundable. We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color let your stylist know within 7 days of your appointment and we will be happy to schedule you an adjustment Appointment.
Cancellation & Late Policy
All Cancellations and reschedules must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If failure to do so you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services with your card on file.
